Hotel and Guest Policy

Customers who have conducted business with HAPPY GO ROOMS are referred to as “customer” and “you” in these terms.

Only specific types of travel may be authorized, and in your city, touristic travel may not be permitted at all. Before making a reservation, kindly research any applicable local travel restrictions. Every person over the age of 18 who is staying at the hotel is required by law to have a valid original Photo ID on them. Driving licenses, voter identity cards, passports, and Adhaar cards are accepted as forms of identification. The guest won’t be able to check in if they don’t have a valid, original ID. PAN Cards will not be recognized as valid identification documents. At the venue, only genuine Photo ID will be allowed.

The lodging can be refused to visitors posing as a couple if the proper identification is not supplied at check-in. Any check-in requests that are rejected by the hotel for the aforementioned reason are not the responsibility of HAPPY GO, and HAPPY GO is unable to process any refunds. Unmarried couples are only permitted in one room with a maximum of two guests, and the hotel has complete discretion over whether to permit them. Please confirm in advance with the hotel if unmarried couples are permitted. Children under the age of five are free. Children over the age of five will be subject to the standard room rate.

There are no additional fees with HAPPY GO; only pay what is indicated on your confirmation.

Only the selected slots are confirmed for reservations. Early check-ins and late check-outs are contingent on space and may incur a fee from the hotel. If you would like to check in or check out early, kindly contact the hotel immediately. The advance paid for your reservation will be automatically forfeited, and cancellation fees in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy will apply if you do not check in to the hotel at the time indicated on your reservation voucher and do not notify HAPPY GO well within the free cancellation time frame. If you use the website’s hotel reservation service and are thereafter unable to be reached at the numbers provided in this regard, your hotel reservation will be canceled and Staymaker will not be responsible.

When you check out, the hotel may inspect your room and charge you if there is property damage or if the conditions are not up to par. Your special requests will be communicated to the hotel, and they will be subject to their terms and conditions. Any inconsistency in these services, their performance, or their results shall not subject us to liability. In the event of a modification (date change) to your hotel reservation, HAPPY GO will notify you and provide advice regarding the availability and new rates that will apply. Booking modifications and cancellations must be made through HAPPY GO. For reservations made at the special HAPPY GO rates, the hotel is unable to make changes to your reservation or issue refunds.

The same payment method used to make the original transaction will receive the refund. Any special offer made available by HAPPY GO is subject to the terms and limitations listed on the website specifically for that deal. Pay at Hotel

Pay at the hotel is only available at certain hotels. According to the hotel’s terms and conditions, following an online reservation on HAPPY GO, the hotel may request a partial prepayment from the visitor a few days prior to check-in to secure the reservation.

The hotel guest is responsible for paying the balance. Cash payments may be required from visitors.

The hotel must be informed in advance if the guest intends to check in at the hotel before or after the scheduled check-in time. If you do not check in within 20 minutes of the chosen check-in time and do not notify the hotel of your late check-in, the hotel may release the room. On reservations that are made with the “Pay at Hotel” option, offers and discounts are not applicable.

Some hotels may require full payment at check-in; if the security deposit is not paid, the hotelier may refuse to permit check-in. Guest must pay the full price at check-out; after the stay is over, the customer is never permitted to withhold payment from the hotel.

Policy on Cancellations

Refund Procedure

If a refund is appropriate for a booking, the refund sum must be given to the customer within 7 working days of the cancellation of the booking.
